Tasmania, here we come!
This will be my first venture across the Tasman and between you and me, it is long overdue. Imagine living so close to this little piece of paradise and never having flown south? I've always day dreamt about slowly working my way around the Apple Isle in a camper van, taking in all the sights, climbing Cradle Mountain, drinking the wine, eating the cheese and soaking up all the fresh air.
On this trip, I will be accompanied by a fantastic travel companion, a lady who lunches and is no stranger to cheese and wine tasting. Me Jenny. Jen has less of a desire to climb Cradle Mountain or travel around in a camper van (again) - so this time, we're doing it in less cramped style. Since Jen has been to Tassie before she is happily taking the itinerary reigns. We fly out tomorrow.........
First stop - Hobart and the Salamanca Markets.
We would love to have you along for the ride - via the blogosphere, of course..... there's too many people at that market already!
So as they say in Tassie - "Watch out for the 'rumin'!"
